I’ll admit, this ppv was alot better than i expected but it still wasn’t nearly as good as Backlash or Bad Blood from Raw this year.RVD & Mysterio VS Dudley Boyz
-eh…good match but if you watch SD they’vehad this match enough times so don’t buy this ppv for this match 7/10Torrie Wilson VS Dawn Marie
-Sorry but i’ve seen these two go at it enough times, though i found it entertaining somewhat 3/10Morde-somethin VS Scotty 2 Hotty
-I was interested in seing this guy debut, i mean SD really needs some new players, impressive debut maybe he’ll make a name for himself someday 6/10WWE Tag Team Championship:

Eddie Guerrero (C) VS JBL
-I got alot to say for this one, when i first heard this was the main event for Judgment Day, i said “are you kidding me? that’s not even a good headline match!” So i didn’t look too forward to this match, so when i watched Judgment Day, this match didn’t really go anywhere, sure it was bloody and entertaining, but i mean was SD that desperate for a main event? You might as well put Rico in the number one contendor spot! becuase it was entertaining, it gets 6/10Well, overall this wasn’t really a PPV in my opinion, just don’t pay attention to SD ppvs anymore if they’re going to keep bringing the fans such garbage, DO NOT order The Great American Bash it will be just as bad as this PPV, just watch Raw’s ppvs you get your money’s worth, and if by any chance anyone part of the WWE is reading this, consider giving SD some of Raw’s talent because Raw has plenty of it and maybe the roster is unbalanced

When i first saw the card for judgment day,i thought it was gonna suck.but when i watched it,it was pretty good!Here are the reviews for the matches.1.Rey mysterio & RVD vs The Dudley boyz
i was surprised by this match.it got me really pumped up for the rest of the card.great moves and chemistry throughout the match.starts slow but gets REALLY better.

I dont know why they even added this match.It was horrible and boring.At least it had a VERY pleseant surprise for
us male wrestling fans around the end.

Impressive debut by Mordecai.Scotty got his ass kicked badly THE WHOLE MATCH.Im giving it a high score because the match was fast paced,had moves ive never seen before,and lasted the right amount of time.Mordecai is going to make strong impact in the wwe.

Good moves by both teams.Hilarious match with Rico up to his old,funny,flamboyant tricks again,making the match more than watchable.

Great match throughout.These two are gonna be big names in wrestling later in their careers.Great moves and close falls.Cool ending.

I was personally expecting a little more out off this match.
Still good,but not as great as these two world class athletes could give.The reason its not that great is because it was slow paced the whole time and more moves could have been executed.Still pay-per view worthy.

Eddie Guerrero vs John Bradshaw Layfield
WOW!I wasnt expecting this!!When i first heard this match was the main event for judgment,i was dissapointed.But uppon watching this,i was on the edge of my seat!It was more of a street brawl than anything else.Very,very bloody contest.Great moments in the match especially at the end.Both men gave alot more than id ever think.JBL showed great potential here.

I just watched Judgment Day 2004 and I have to say it is one of my favorite ppv’s ever, and I didn’t even buy it when it was on ppv. The whole card is really solid, and I know it sounds crazy, but one of the biggest surpises is the Torrie/Dawn Marie match. They really had a good match, and are both GORGEOUS. The opening tag team match with the Dudleys is REALLY good. The Cena match is also above average. Now, the Eddie/JBL match is AMAZING and one of the greatest matches of all time. Absolutley BRUTAL and Eddie gave one of the great performances EVER. JBL may be one of the greatest heels ever…up there with HHH….he’s that good….Just watch his promo before the match….I forgot how good JBL really was and sadly I didn’t appreciate him at the time….JBL also wrestled great and the chair shots were the worst I have ever seen, especially the one Eddie took. As much as I watched it, every time Eddie took that chair shot I cringed. I can’t believe how much blood he lost, and was still able to wrestle…Eddie’s performance may be the most courageous performance in a ring EVER, and that’s not even exaggerating….in actuality the match should have been stopped and Eddie taken to the back. As it turned out, however, we got one of the all-time greatest matches. This DVD is MUST-OWN. You get to see Eddie and JBL at their absolute best, and….WRESTLING at its absolute best!!!

WWE-Judgment Day 2004
Judgment Day 2004 wasn’t a good PPV at all. Most of the matches are poor. The only real reason to buy this would be the bloodbath between JBL and Eddie Guerrero. The extras are pretty nice as well and include a Heat match and a hilarious JBL promo where he runs illegals out of the country.
Dudley Boyz VS Rey Mysterio & Rob Van Dam
This is a solid tag team match. The Dudleys control most of the match with quick tags. Mysterio and RVD hit some good highflying moves toward the end of the match. That includes a double 619 and a Lifting Frakensteiner.
RATING- 6.5/10
After this match, General Manager Kurt Angle comes out and announces that if Torrie wins the next match, she will be fired.
If Torrie Loses, She is Fired
Dawn Marie VS Torrie Wilson
These two have fought so many times on PPV it’s ridiculous. This match is a mess with a few good moments thrown in the mix. They seem to stumble into the moves they do. Dawn hits a good leg drop on Torrie while they are on the outside. Dawn has a wardrobe malfunction that I’m sure many will love.
RATING- 5/10
Mordecai VS Scotty 2 Hotty
This was just a squash match. However, this is one of my favorite squash matches. Scotty gets destroyed. Mordecai had so much potential.

WWE Tag Team Championship
Charlie Haas & Rico(c) VS Billy Gunn & Hardcore Holly
This was a fun match with Rico using his sexual orientation to fix advantage. Nothing much past Rico acting very funny and scaring everyone.

Okay, this is stupid. Chavo Classic gets involved and Chavo uses both hands anyway.

John Cena(c) VS Rene Dupree
This was a solid match up with a good build up. The match goes back and forth with some good action. The ending is very good.

Booker T VS Undertaker
Undertaker really dominates most of this match with Booker getting some flurries here and there. The storyline was that Booker had voodoo on his side. Still, you known that Undertaker is going to win.

WWE Championship
Eddie Guerrero(c) VS John Bradshaw Layfield
JBL had caused Eddie’s mother to have a heart attack at a recent house show. Eddie begins the assault on JBL early on. JBL is beat on for a while until he reverses a Irish whip into the steel steps. There is some more brawling after that. Eddie takes a sick chair shot that busts him open. He bleeds dangerous amounts of blood for the rest of the match. I liked the ending and thought it helped fuel the feud.
