A psychology professor (Bella Lugosi) moonlights as a night manager of a Bowery mission. But he’s really using it as a front for criminal activities, and recruits the mission members to help him. The professor comes to feel threatened by them, so he bumps them off and buries them in the basement. But they’re revived by a drug-addicted doctor who hides them in a cave…where they await their chance to get even!
