The film premiered at the AFI Dallas International Film Festival. Bowling for Soup is a Grammy nominated, comedy influenced pop punk band who originally formed in Wichita Falls, Texas in 1994. Now based in Denton, Texas, the band is best known for their singles “Girl All the Bad Guys Want” (a 2003 Grammy Award nominee) “Almost”, “High School Never Ends”, and “1985″ which has since gone on to sell more than one million official downloads itself. They have sold over a million albums over the course of their career.

Bowling for Soup has managed to produce a DVD capturing all the energy, musical mastery, and hilarious on stage antics they are famous for. The songs are tight! The humor is witty and delightful and the participation with the audience is something not seen since the early days of rock when bands actually cared about pleasing their fans.
I am not a fan of live DVD’s or live CD’s but Bowling For Soup pulls this one off with no hitches! All the hits played with energy and enthusiam found only in bands that love what they do for a living! This one makes you feel like you’re in the club with them! None of that impersonal arena rock feel! Bowling For Soup doing what they do best is exactly what you get! A perfect example of why their fans are so devoted and adoring!
If you’re a casual fan you’ll be a fanatic after watching this. If you’re not a fan you will be. If you’re already a Bowling For Soup fanatic you won’t be let down….Except that it has to end!

this is a great concert to watch. Lots of jokes and great tunes. I’m not always a big fan of concert DVD’s that break from the show to show interviews and backstage stuff. But, the interviews had me laughing.

Although the title doesn’t lie, they are definitely attractive!
This live show is a pleasure to watch; it has amazing sound quality for a live show (aided by the bands flawless performance), as well as enough camera angles to satisfy the most obsessive of BFS fans. Throw into the mix hilarious banter between songs, as well as behind the scenes quips (mainly surrounding beer and poop, but no surprise there), and the total package is complete – Bowling For Soup heaven!!
A must for anyone who considers themselves a fan of BFS =)

I was excited to finally pick up this DVD. Bowling for Soup is one of my favorite bands, and having all their albums, this has completed my CD/DVD list. The DVD is great. BFS are amazing live, as anyone can tell by watching this. I really hope they release a new live DVD from their Sorry for Partyin’ tour!

I love this band, appreciate their very real and great talent, the humor and sarcasm in their lyrics, which always make me laugh out loud and sing along, and always also seem to ring true. What they have to say is right on the money. In a world where life is hectic, often stressful and challenging, it’s wonderful to have music to turn to that lifts my spirits and reminds me to not take it all so seriously. The DVD also gives juicy personal time with the guys and you just know they’d be great to know and hang out with – appreciating them as gifted musicians/rockers, comedians, and friends.
