Urmilla (Urmilla Matondkar) is settled in New Zealand and is capable of self-defense and looking after herself. One day a friend of her’s is beaten-up and hospitalized. She comes to know that the person responsible for this is a male by the name of Rajoo (Govinda). She accidentally meets with Rajoo, who lies to her that he is Gopal, and identifies another male (Johnny Lever) as Rajoo. Later, after a series of misadventures, both Rajoo and Urmilla find that they have fallen in love with each other.
