A good choice,
You would think buying a wood toilet seat would be
a no brainer. But the variety and price range is
broad and so after a bit of research I
bought this model. I have had it for several
months now and it is a good one. The finish is
a bit glossier than I was expecting. The materials,
appearance and construction are excellent.

I cannot say enough great things about this product. I wasn’t sure about the “glossy finish”, but was ecstatic when it arrived. The chrome hinges are just as bright as the day I installed it and it hasn’t moved an inch thanks to the rubber gaskets over the screws. The finish is easy wipe-clean with nothing soaking into the underside of the seat. I just love it, love it, love it!!
I am a heavy woman who has broken several toilet seats bought in home centers and discount stores and this seat definitely would not break under my weight. Amazon, once again you are a lifesaver!! If I’m ever hunting for something, I know where to go to find it!!!
